Robin Earnest, J.D., LL.M., spent much of her summer serving as defense counsel with the Maryland District Court’s new Appointed Attorney Program. The Program was established in response to the Court of Appeals’ decision in Richmond v. DeWolfe, 434 Md. 444 (2013). Her article on that Program will be published in this month’s issue of the Prince George’s County’s Bar Association’s Newsletter.
