Congratulations to our graduate students on their awards and accomplishments.

Summer Fellowships

Tim Bruno, Tamar Leroy, and Susie Compton have been awarded departmental summer dissertation fellowships, and Danielle Griffin has been awarded a Kwiatek Summer Fellowship.

DeLisa Hawkes has been awarded a Graduate Student Summer Research Fellowship for Summer 2016 by the Graduate School.

 

Dissertation Fellowships

The winner of the Carl Bode Prize for the best dissertation in American literature is Katherine Anne Stanutz.

The winner of the Alice Geyer Prize for the best dissertation in English literature is Natalie Phillips Hoffmann.

The winner of the Kinnaird Essay Prize for the best seminar paper by a doctoral student is Justine Marie DeCamillis.

The winner of the Kinnaird Essay Prize for the best seminar paper by a Master's student is Kirk Andrew Greenwood

 

Graduate School Awards

Ruth Osorio won the Graduate School All-S.T.A.R fellowship and a QCB Travel Award.

Micaela Cameron and Sarah Bonnie each won the Award for Outstanding Graduate Assistant awards.

Nick Slaughter won one of the Graduate School's Wylie dissertation fellowships, and John Macintosh won an ARHU Snouffer Dissertation Fellowship.
