Will Lee is an English and Computer Science double major.

Why did you decide to become an English major?

To improve my written and verbal communication skills.

What clubs, campus groups, internships, outside of class projects have you been involved with?

I'm a former intern for the Center for Literary and Comparative Studies, a former member of the IDEA Committee, a former treasurer for the English Undergraduate Association, former co-president of Creative Writing Club, Jiménez-Porter Writers' House alumnus, and a former English Honors student (dropped due to computer science coursework). I got involved with these groups to make new friends and connections in college.

I also directed an original, student-produced audio drama that is currently airing on WMUC this spring and fall. People can learn more about it on Twitter and Instagram.

What is something you read during class that impacted your worldview?

House of Leaves. It taught me what was possible with physical, print literature.

What skills (professional, creative or other) do you think you’ve gotten from the major?

I've learned interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, and leadership.

What is your dream job or career?

IT technician.

What are you passionate about (or even curious about)?

Screenwriting, writing for film, radio, and television.
