Randy Ontiveros Wins USM Regents Award for Teaching

Congratulations to Randy Ontiveros, who has been selected as a recipient of a 2015 University System of Maryland Board of Regents Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching.

 

 

The award honors Randy's extraordinary contributions to the campus in developing and teaching innovative undergraduate and graduate courses in U.S. Latina/o literature and culture, as well as his success in teaching English 301 (the gateway course to the English major) and his new course on Literary Maryland.

Congratulations to Randy, who will be recognized at a Board of Regents ceremony in April. Thank you to Professor Tom Moser for having organized Randy's nomination.
