New Publications from Jelen and Satelmajer

A new book from Sheila Jelen and new articles from Ingrid Satelmajer.
Sheila Jelen’s book Intimations of Difference: Dvora Baron in the Modern Hebrew Renaissance has been published through Syracuse University Press. An anthology she edited: Hebrew, Gender and Modernity: Critical Responses to Dvora Baron's Fiction has been published through a Jewish Studies Series at the University Press of Maryland. Also, Dr. Jelen will be giving a paper at NEMLA (North Eastern MLA) in March on the subject: "The Shtetl in American Jewish Literature."
Ingrid Satelmajer has essays forthcoming in Texual Cultures: "When a Consumer Becomes an Editor: Susan Hayes Ward and the Poetry of The Independent” and The Blackwell Companion to Emily Dickinson: “Fracturing a Master Narrative, Reconstructing ‘Sister Sue.’” She also recently had her story “They Keep Falling” accepted for publication in The Massachusetts Review.
