Maud Casey on Shortlist for St. Francis College Literary Prize

Maud Casey is one of six authors on the shortlist for the St. Francis College Literary Prize for The Man Who Walked Away.

According to the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, the Prize is awarded to an author for their third to fifth published book. Joining Casey on the list are Paul Beatty for The Sellout, Stuart Dybek for Paper Lantern, David Gilbert for & Sons, Marlon James for A Brief History of Seven Killings, and René Steinke for Friendswood.

The winner will be announced at the Brooklyn Book Festival gala on September 19th. Best of luck to Maud!
