Common Threads 2022 Conference Recordings

If you couldn't make it in-person, you can now view recordings of the panels!

Last month, the ARHU Graduate Advisory Board ran its annual Common Threads conference, titled (Re)Connect: Common Threads, New Directions. The event provided graduate students with an opportunity to get to know each other, learn about some of the key research and arts initiatives in the College, work with the materials in the English Department's BookLab, and hear a special keynote address by new Dean, Dr. Stephanie Shonekan. Captioned videos of the major offerings are now available to view via the Common Threads Google Drive.

• An Arts for All Panel, moderated by Jared Strange, featuring Associate Dean Patrick Warfield and panelists Brandon Donahue (Art), Adriane Fang (Dance), and Irina Muresanu (Music).
• A Graduate Research Panel, moderated by Lauren Cain, featuring work by Tzu-Yi Chen (Music), Magdalena Frances Mastrandrea (Art History), and Ally Syvertsen (English).
• The Keynote Address by Dr. Shonekan, introduced by Jared Strange, Q&A moderated by Lauren Cain.
