Brian Richardson’s review of Christoph Bode and Rainer Dietrich’s Future Narratives was published in Notes and Queries. A revised version of his article, “Construing Conrad’s ‘The Secret Sharer’: Suppressed Narratives, Subaltern Reception, and the Act of Interpretation,” has been reprinted in Norton Critical Edition of “The Secret Sharer” and Other Stories of Joseph Conrad, edited by John Peters. His new book, Unnatural Narrative: Theory, History, and Practice, was published by Ohio State University Press.
