Mike Kolakoski

Mike received his Ph.D. in literature from the University of Arizona (U of A) and his M.A. in literature from George Mason University. He has taught composition, literature and film at the U of A, American University, James Madison University, Mary Washington University and Marymount University. He joined the English Department at the University of Maryland in 2015. His areas of interest include listening studies, ethnic/minority literature, American literature, classic Hollywood, rhetoric and composition.
