Kevin A. Wisniewski earned his Ph.D. in Language, Literacy & Culture at UMBC. His research focuses on publishing studies, the History of the Book and early American print culture, comedy studies, and the Digital Humanities. His most recent work is the collection Polish Literature as World Literature (2023), co-edited with Piotr Florczyk. His critical work has appeared in Printing History, Genre, the Maryland Historical Magazine, Civil War History, and the collections Exquisite Corpse: Art-Based Writing Practices in the Academy and Kidding Around: The Child in Film and Media, among others. A poet and translator, he is also the author of the chapbook Making Faces; his creative work has appeared in The Worcester Review, the Sierra Nevada Review, basalt, Chiron Review, Third Wednesday, Clackamas Literary Review, and Raintaxi: Review of Books. Wisniewski is the Founding Editor of the journal Textshop Experiments.
