June 11, 2015
This spring semester, Kellie Robertson has been on research leave finishing a monograph on medieval science and literature and working on another project about medieval public discourse. During that time, she also presented “Dangerous Science” at the Modern Language Association Meeting in Vancouver and gave an invited lecture at Washington and Lee University entitled “Bawds and ABAWDs: Able Bodies in Historical Perspective,” a paper that examines the long history of disability rhetoric in labor laws.
