Regina's paper, titled "Quasi-Confession: Law, Land, and Legacy" is included in a section dedicated to Guaman Poma's active participation in law suits to reclaim significant land holdings.

Regina Harrison pictured with Prof. Rolena Adorno (Yale University) and Dr. Jan Szeminski (Hebrew University of Jerusalem) standing before the open pages of the Primer nueva corónica, written and drawn by the indigenous author Felipe Guaman Poma de Ayala (Peru , 1613). The manuscript lay forgotten in the Royal Library until 1908.
