Martha Nell Smith Delivers Lecture at Hamilton College, among Other News

As a guest of Hamilton College’s DHi, on April 14th Martha Nell Smith delivered a lecture to the college, “Diversity is Not a Luxury in DH: Institutional and Individual Challenges.” The next day she led a seminar, “Queering the Archives,” for faculty of the College.

In March, Smith delivered, “Dickinson’s Manuscripts, Forever Unsettling” at the C19 Conference at Penn State.

This June 24-26, with Antoine Cazé, Vice President of International Affairs and Professor of Literature at Universite Paris Diderot, she will be hosting “The Angled Road Preferred Against the Mind: Experimental Dickinson,” an international conference of the Emily Dickinson International Society, at Cité Internationale Universitaire.
