The Planet Word Museum in Washington, D.C., which aims to bring language to life, recently opened a new exhibit focused on wordplay.

Jeffrey Brown from PBS NewsHour speaks to Colin Phillips, professor of linguistics, about the Planet Word Museum in Washington, D.C. He is part of a team of researchers from the University of Maryland, Gallaudet University and Howard University creating a science lab at the museum to study language.

Library of Congress National Ambassador for Young People's Literature Jason Reynolds ’05 is an adviser to the museum and is interviewed.
