Anne-Marie Fyfe and C.L. Dallat will speak about their poetry as part of ENGL 289P, "Why Poetry Matters." VISITORS WELCOME!

About the authors [from their websites; links below]:

Anne-Marie Fyfe, poet, creative-writing teacher, arts-organiser & former Chair of the Poetry Society, (2006-2009), was born in Cushendall in the Glens of Antrim and now lives in West London. Her fifth collection of poetry, House of Small Absences, is due from Seren Books in April 2015.

C.L. Dallat is a London-based poet, critic, and musician, born in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim. He writes on Irish fiction and drama for a range of literary journals including the Times Literary Supplement and the Guradian and has been a regular panellist on BBC Radio 4's weekly arts magazine, Saturday Review, since its inception in 1998.
